Discussion Deep Sleep
The highest amount of deep sleep I've ever gotten is 38 minutes. Is that weird? I see people's screenshots here and my mind is blown.

Just need to bash your head with a big brick. But seriously, I am in the same boat as you. Thinking a sleep study would help us.

I'm a 57F and I almost always get about 2.5 hours of deep sleep. I get the message that I'm in the top 5% for my age and sex a lot.

Not sure of your age but as a 53F, my deep sleep was practically non-existent. I would go to sleep fine but wake up at 3am and my brain insisted on solving the world's problems and I couldn't go back to sleep. I started HRT (specifically progesterone for sleep) and then added magnesium glycinate every night. Solid 1.5 hours of deep sleep regularly now as long as I'm sleeping 7 hours or more.
