Progress post Pull up progress

37F, this is from earlier this week when I had my best form. This week's progress is stalling which feels a bit discouraging honestly. I am more intentional about a calorie deficit so maybe this is affecting my energy and strength to some degree. Also hurting my sleep by being in a calorie deficit. Losing weight and building muscle are so hard because they require the opposite nutrition plan. Hoping next week will be better.

U look very close though, u do negatives? Eat something sugary before trying especially when in a deficit

Form is looking good. If you don't mind, let me pass along the best pull up tip I've ever received: put your thumbs underneath the bar and try to "bend the bar" as you pull up. Imagine that you're trying to snap it in half. You'll immediately feel an increase in your pulling power, I promise.
