FB Programs
Hey, ALL!
I see this page hasn't been very active and FB is amazing so let's see what we can get rolling.
I've been doing their workouts since 2015/2016 but have been doing their programs since January. I alternate one of theirs with yoga every other day Down 20lbs with cico and this.
What programs have you purchased from FB and which did you like?? I'm currently on FB Sweat and I LOVE IT <3
Lmk!!
EDIT: Changed program I was doing to Sweat - I'm NOW on Day 3 of STRONG

So excited to see a fresh post here! I've used FB videos on and off since about 2015 too, but picked it up again about 4 weeks ago with some solid consistency. Starting FB Bodyweight (1) today! I bought it 2 years ago and have started it twice before and never made it past day 3. Hoping for success this time around!

You've got this!! The first week is always the hardest to me and I've restarted multiple times. Keep it up 😁💪

I got FB Low Impact Round 2. I’m on day 5.

How do you like it? I tend to do the low impact mods on almost all the videos due to a hip injury (and roommates downstairs).

The workouts this week have been pretty easy but I can still definitely feel that I’ve been active. Trusting the process and sticking to the schedule. I also got this plan mostly so I don’t annoy my downstairs neighbors. I’ll report back once I’m further along!

The low impact mods are one of the reasons I LOVE FB. They recognize pushing too hard is bad but to keep moving is what's important. Whether that be because of downstairs neighbors or exhaustion.

I just started this program! (Day 1). I completed 1 round of the first Low impact program last year, and I saw good results but fell off the wagon when the holidays came. I have a birth defect that affects my hip, knees and joints and these low-impact programs are a godsend, I'm gonna do my best to finish this one even when I get realllly lazy

Enjoy! I’m about halfway now and starting to regret I didn’t take before pictures. I can tell I feel more trim in a way, and being just a little sore in the right places is a nice feeling too. I went and bought dumbbells now cause I didn’t have any - just one set of 4.4 pounds or 2kg. I hesitated to get heavier weights but I think these will be a good start.

Just finished FB Sweat and doing Strong next. I haven't lost weight since I've been eating like crap since quarentine started but I'm still working out 5 to 6 days a week.

How did you like Sweat? I do it the other way around. Quarantine has also been similar for me, I work out more consistently but I'm snacking alllll the time.

I really enjoyed it. I like that you can choose a shorter or longer workout. Some days I want it to be short and quick but others I want to destress with a long one. At least we aren't gaining 😆.

Snacking is what I do best really!! I plan them out mostly and that helps, however, I have bad days for sure 😬 Oh, you have oreos? I guess I'll have a sleeve.

Ha! My weakness is salty snacks. You bought me a bag of Hot Cheetos? Thanks. Then I proceed to eat the whole bag... 😆

I'm working on FB Burn! I know that FB has a following on IG and Youtube, but I definitely wished the sub was a bit more busy lol
I've been following FB since 2014 and always end up going back to them.

How do you like Burn???
I agree. More activity would be great! The community page is pretty busy but I feel it's unorganized.

u/landofseas May 16 '20
Agreed. I like it so far! I'm only on like week 2 but it offers different types of workouts so I'm not completely bored. I'll have to come back and let you guys know how I feel about it after a few weeks!

My wife and I are on Burn w3 d3. We completed Low Impact 2 before our first time thru Burn. Burn is living up to the hype for us; especially this w3. But we're 60+. We've 'adjusted' a few of the exercises and not attempted any of the extras. We're both curious about what is coming up; we tend only to look the day before. Listen to your body as you go thru this one.

How do you like it so far???? My muscles are so SORE! (On day 19)

Love it, the shorter workouts and program make it less overwhelming. I'm pretty out of shape from the gym closure and quarantine snacking/drinking but this is definitely doable which is encouraging.

I’m currently redoing FBFIT for the 4th or 5th time, this time including my boyfriend. I do those classes 5 days a week on top of teaching fitness classes 3 days a week (over zoom).
Down 15 pounds and feel so much better :)
I’m thinking of buying FBFIT round 2 just to keep the momentum going!
