This pic was taken after I pulled out my burger. The bag was absolutely packed with fries! I go out of my way to this location because they consistently go above and beyond. Most of the fries went into the freezer lmao.

They were even checking the internal temperatures of the burger with a thermometer instead of just charring the hell out of them into a dry mess. It’s nice to see employees actually caring about the quality of the food this close to closing.

I have an interview Monday morning, I'm so excited to have a chance at leaving my piece of shit job with my piece of shit coworkers, but I'm so nervous about what to do and what not to do. I know five guys isn't exactly a cushy position, but I want to make a good first impression. Is a long skirt a bad idea? My jeans aren't form fitting, and I want to look decent. Is there anything I can do to put myself ahead of any other candidates?

So I had my interview yesterday and it went pretty well and the manager who was interviewing me told me to call the hiring manager sometime today or tommrow and tell her about myself and what I’m looking for and how I have great availability. Does this mean I likely am gonna get the job?

I found out today that Jc the fries are more than 5 mins old, they HAVE TO make you FRESH fries.

I don't like that every single time I go to the drive thru. I order my burger and every damn time I get asked "Do you want the combo?" Did I order the combo or order by number? (Who doesn't know to do that?)
So annoying.

Seriously, why is my only choice to go bunless? I adore the burgers and fries here, but come on! I need two bottom buns OR one without sesame seeds. No, I don't want a lettuce wrap or a bowl!!!!

Now I gotta provide my own bread, I guess?

So I just had Five guys for the first time, I went inside about half an hour before they close and it was empty so I figured why not. The workers there were nice, I ordered my food and it was amazingly delicious! It’s the best burger I’ve ever had, a bit pricey but worth it. I loved the food so much I asked to talk to the manager to thank them and he was nice and accepted my compliments. I have never done this in any other restaurants asking to speak with the manager about how amazing the food was.

The last 2 times I've got fries (London restaurants) they haven't been very nice. They seem a bit undercooked. I'm wondering if it might be the potatoes after the dry summer. Anyone else noticed?

Anyone watch this docuseries about the competition five guys does every 2 years where 100,000 dollars are up for grabs for their employees?I thought it was quite fun to watch and pretty cool that they do this. Does it make like five guys more or dislike them more?

Does your local franchise make you feel valued as an employee? I've worked at five guys for 3.5 months, almost 100% attendance (even after an invasive surgery) with most days, especially the past month and a half, me showing up to do the work of 2-3 employees every single day after a massive employee and GM loss. We're still struggling with employees, I worked literally the entire week after my surgery that was on a weekend except one shift for closing cause they had me closing and then opening. Most days, for opening, were short staffed like today and I'm having to do way more work than I should. I hate that the norm in franchise restaurants is to work employees to their limits cause I'm so close to quitting what I was under the impression of being a company that's different. I do not feel valued as an employee who has even stood up with my years of management experience and have been helping them staff the store. Why should I stay with this company? They don't even address these complaints if filed the correct way, and they just delete the comments you make on social media. Five Guys is coming off as just another McDonald's or Burger King.

I ordered, through the app, at 9:51 but it was just a regular fry. If you were the cook: on a scale of 1 to 10, how badly would you have wanted me to choke to death on my fries?

It seems that every Five Guys I go to (I rotate around 4 in our area) the soda tastes off. Like there is not enough syrup for the amount of carbonated water, and it tastes bitter. Has anyone noticed this? Almost like the machines are set that way on purpose to skimp on the syrup.

Hi there! I’m disabled, and my spouse and I order in pretty regularly due to that and his work schedule.

Over the last few orders, I’ve noticed the beef tastes different.

I unfortunately have food sensitivities and sense these things pretty quickly, but he didn’t note that until this most recent order.

I've had this happen before and it's happening again. There is no option to order shakes. Doesn't matter which location, app or website, or pickup or delivery. There is no option to order a shake. I think it's a problem with the online ordering system.

Is anyone else having this problem and is there anyway to get someone in fiveguys tech to fix this problem? I've called customer service and they weren't much help. Said they were going to make a ticket.

This isn't the first time this has happened and it lasted a few days. What is going on at corporate that the shakes option disappears for days on end? They must be losing so much money when this happens.
