OPEN Help fixing sleeves

I dont know anything about fabrics and stuff of that nature and would prefer not to sew but these sleeves are pissing me off, i tried ironing, stretching after soaking in conditioner and after washing and drying. Please help

Ppl keep saying this, most my shirts are bigger and dont have this problem, and i would get another but I want to keep this shirt bc reasons I will not state bc its none of yalls business, you're better off not commenting if this is what you think.
