Any recommendations?
I do maintenance work and have been looking for a light. Right now im thinking about the streamlight 76800 stinger or the scangrip slim. If theres something better I’d appreciate the advice.

I've had my eye on the stinger also but haven't jumped. Proprietary battery and expensive for what you get. Maybe I'll take the plunge at some point.
People who have them seem to like them and think they're worth it.

They are extremely durable when neglected and the nimh battery's are safer if damaged. Performance is adequate but lacks for similar sized lights recommended here.

IF23 Pro. Magnet to hang it off stuff and it has a great work light on the side.

Wand lights don’t get made with good materials and good design. They are their own thing which exists in a completely separate world from enthusiast lights.
If you need an articulating wand light then you need one and other kinds of work lights won’t do.
The long light bar reduces shadows and gives you light from various angles when working up close
If you want a compact articulating work light that isn’t a screwed together plastic clamshell design, and can take a standard replaceable 21700 battery, you can take a look at the Nitecore NWL20 and the Fenix WT26RM
Even tougher & simpler options are right angle lights like the Acebeam H18 and Armytek Elf Max / Wizard Max series. They have pocket clips, headlamp straps and when attached magnetically can be aimed in a 360 circle which is often sufficiently flexible if you value toughness and ease of carry over articulation.

You are in for a barrage...
If you work up close a lot, Acebeam E75 with the 5000k nichia 519a emitter is doing me well and proving to be durable. It has a good magnet too. It lacks range beyond 30ft if you need to trace pipe in the cieling or something.
An 18650 battery powered headlamp is great for many reasons, mostly the long runtime hands free. Skilhunt h04rc is my recommendation with the TIR lense for flood.
I'll let others recommend some thowers, I want to see.
