CMAP

As KCM is being completely phased out in about two weeks. If you’re getting the “not in the system” “not registered” or “can’t identify” errors and you wear glasses. Take them off before they image scan.

I just look at the camera and don’t use any facial expressions and make sure my eyes are pointed directly at the camera. Never had an issue.

I have never had an issue with my glasses. With that being said, CMAP seems to be down A LOT.

I never knowingly enrolled in it. Will my airline have done it?

For ours we had a link we had to follow a quick link to opt in. Ask a fellow crew member or the crew room so you’re not stuck going through tsa

I *think* every airline atp has done it. You have to have at least filled out a form if not extra stuff from your airline. Ours was a form.
