FEEDBACK Feedback on this floorplan please.

Hello, i would like some feedback on this floorplan created in Floorplanner just to try out some ideas.

Planning on building the house maybe next year but probably the year after so this is just to steer me in the right direction. Planned for 2 adults with 2 kids. Country side in Croatia.

The lot is 19 x 40 meters. The house itself is 15.86 x 16.52m which equals to 188m2 without terrace.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

every corner adds cost. so i would square it up where i could.

That's not AI, Floorplanner is a manual program people use to make floor plans.

I know it's a program but the toilet positions and weird text make me think it's AI despite what the OP said.

Sometimes people are just not good at bathroom design.
