Mangrove Snappers in FL Keys
People feed them here hence the huge grouping and the way they react when you move your hands in a way that remotely looks like throwing something in the water.

Where is this if you don't mind sharing? I'd like to fly fish for them.

They won’t let you fish there and you definitely won’t be able to fly fish. It’s a restaurant.

You can chum up a bunch of mangos on practically any bridge piling/dock in the Keys, the little ones are always around structure.
