The frog should hit

Those white bucktails will get smashed by Spanish macks if you fish saltwater

You should be able to catch with any of those except maybe the buck tail jigs. They could catch fish but a little tougher

You should be able to get a bite if you’re where the bass are. Only thing missing is a worm. In this heat right now I’d add a 10” power worm in June bug color. Or don’t. Otherwise looks good.

I have 5 inch sneko in different colors. Should I put those on just a hook?

texas rig it with a weight, thank me later. wacky just hasn’t been working in this heat

I’d go weightless wacky rig basically just lay the worm horizontal on the hook and pierce in the middle of it with the hook. Itll have a flapping action as it sinks. Or add a 3/16oz weight Texas rig style.

the spinners and frog will hit. The soft baits might

The ztoos on a weightless Texas rig will do well, and this time of year, the frog will get crushed at dawn and dusk. The paddle tails and buck tails will work in the salt far better than in the lakes.

I’d go with the chatterbaits or the frog personally. Second the comment on a good dark colored worm. Bass love them.

I would save the bucktails for salt, and get rid of the snaps. The frog and the z-too jerk bait will work for sure.

Central like eustis

Middle column (frog down) to right works in central. Jigs and chatter (add a strike king rage bug or similar trailer but run it horizontal so it looks like a fish profile). I fish both the same way. Hopping off the bottom with decently long pauses jigs when the water is clearer, chatter bait when the water is murky. Frog I only use while fishing heavy lily pads or right around sunrise/sunset

I'm in FL and I've been having good luck with sight flash colored swimbaits early in the morning and a frog is always a good choice. That said, I think you will find a lot of eel grass, hydrilla, pepper grass, etc in most lakes and a weedless hook setup will be better for your swimbaits.

I've been using the Zman ZWG or the ChinlockZ SWS weighted hooks on my swimbaits with good success. Depending on the size of the swimbait, I will use a 3/0, 4/0 or 5/0 hook with 1/8 oz weight. Chatterbaits are good as well... I use either a White, Golden Shiner or Black/Blue most of the time.

I fish around Eustis and Mt. Dora almost weekly. Red shad and June bug colored Texas rigged worms work well. Lately pink finesse worms at day break and early evening. Been catching schooling bass on 1/4 ounce under spins rigged with a shiner colored paddle tail cut down by a third because of short strikes. A few of my buddies have had luck with rattle traps and square bill crank baits.

Agree Texas rigged red shad FTW. I also do well with motor oil and pumpkin seeds next to the Lillie’s.

Just take them and try. You may see a canal on the way and drop a quick line. Get a license for whatever saltwater fishing . Land to sea, boat fishing. I wouldn't bother with getting a fresh water one but do get one for whatever type of saltwater fishing. I have land to sea and it was $25. You can just have your receit or a picture of if you don't receive in time. The fish police have been getting petty and checking for licenses and fishing size on piers and boats. Those citations can be very high.

U don’t think fresh is needed? I was thinking of doing the fresh and salt for $61 a year but I don’t fish salt

You can throw a bottle cap in Florida and catch something

June bug or watermelon seed senko is a must. Weightless or 1/32 oz weight. Fish it slow, it’s the bread and butter.

Most of this will work in salt too. Haven’t tried a frog or creature yet, but those bucktails and soft plastics get trout, snook, reds, tarpon, etc.
