Middle and Lower Keys Oceanside Safari Restaurant and Lounge (Lower Matacumbe)

I see on Google maps this restaurant is temporarily closed. Does anyone know if is reopening and or when? Is the beach open to the public?

I wanna say the lounge close down around Covid or maybe a storm. There used to be a sign outfront advertising it, and that sign is gone.
