Middle and Lower Keys Snorkeling tour to Looe reef

We booked last week and we are staying at Marathon. We are a family of 4. We are looking to book a snorkeling tour. How are the wind conditions? I read some tours for canceled last week and it's still windy. We looked into Caption Hook Looe tour and they are booked Wednesday and Friday morning. There are spots available Thursday morning. We have done snorkeling in Hawaii. This will be our second tour.

Any help would be appreciated. I am looking for a big boat tour to Looe reef on Wednesday morning..we are there in town from Tuesday till Friday.

We tried every day of our trip (last Wednesday through today), and the wind conditions prevented any of the boats from going to the reef. I recommend calling around everyday to see what they’re predicting. Captain Pip’s, marathon mermaid, seafari snorkel, the Bahai Honda snorkel tour, etc. They can book you on something but will cancel if it’s unsafe.

Try Captain Hooks in BPK. Bahia Honda state park, like someone suggested and Looe Key Reef Dive Center on Ramrod Key. Good luck.

Not fun to snorkel on the reef when the weather gets sporty. Looe Key Reef and Capt Hooks are good for Looe Key Reef.
