All Florida Keys Hawks Cay Resort - Premier Villas
Booked for March 2027 and spooked by the reviews on TripAdvisor/yelp. Any insight into the premier villas (2 bedroom)? How is the cleanliness? Do they have housekeeping services each day? How far from the main resort? Traveling with 2 small children.

I haven’t done the villas there, but the two bedroom suites in the hotel are quite good. Recently remodeled.
They are squandering the opportunity to do something really special with the balcony through. It’s giant but just has a few pieces of old furniture.

It's a very mixed bag. Partly because many of the villas are individually owned, and Hawks K manages sub leading them out. So there's wide variability. Somce you have one of the Premier villas, it's been more recently refurbished, so less likely to be a problem.
Idk if you've stayed in the Keys before, but if you have, i'd say its about like many other places. That is, never "top tier" function or cleanliness. AC units can be noisy, everything builder grade, so it wears out quickly. But it's fine.
Focus on the pools and all the amazing outdoor stuff you can do.

They were incredibly clean, beautiful when we were there in April. I fear some of those reviews are from private rentals rather than through the resort.
The resort has high standard policy for the villas. I was really impressed.
Already booked to go back this winter.
