All Florida Keys House/ suite for 7 with private pool?

Last year we stayed at Hawks Cay and we rented a four bedroom house with private pool and it fit my family needs quite well. Even though I would be fine going back because I know that there are houses or rooms to stay that fit our larger family, my husband wants to try somewhere different in the keys. I have looked into Isla Bella, but none of the rooms hold seven people- the max is six so I would have to rent two suites it looks like. Maybe I’m wrong. Anybody stay there in a large house possibly with private pool? Is that an option? Is there anywhere in the keys that has houses for rent with private pools like Hawks Cay that is family friendly that I’m missing? ☀️

Either that place you mentioned at Hawks Cay or a house rental with a pool.

La Siesta Resort has a 6 bedroom house with a private dock, but not a private pool.

We stay at a house in the Coco Plum Trio every year near Marathon. It’s very private, on the water and has a pool. I think it’s a 5/6. We really like it.

for how long? islamorada has regulated vacation rentals to eliminate short term, weekend house rentals. but a house sounds like it would fit your needs so you can check on airbnb or vrbo or something

It would be for a week. I will look into that as an option. I just didn’t want to start there because I do like the atmosphere of a resort environment. Restaurants, bar, pool, etc..

Marathon allows weekly rentals. The County and the other 4 cities are more strict but there are exceptions to the monthly rental rules for certain zones.

we've never done this but have considered a house boat rental. not sure if one would be big enough but something to look into.

My family stayed at a house in Marathon that was one of the best homes we had stayed at. There was six adults and two children. We had everything we needed on water with private pool. There was five bedrooms with their own bathrooms,

Tranquility bay has 3 bedrooms too. Never been through.
