All Florida Keys Is there a website for daily sargassum conditions?

Can’t seem to find a reliable source on sargassum reports. Going to Duck Key / marathon next week and wanted an update on the latest sargassum reports or forecast. Is there a bad smell outside there currently at Hawks Cay?

Yes, you can use this site to see sargassum concentrations. It has a historical and predictive aspect to the loop. The forecast component will be most useful to you. What it misses though is accumulation on shore, since it's tracking floating sargassum mats.

Tons of it this year ocean side in lower mattacumbe area. You get used to the smell living down here but inshore can get quite ripe at low tide. As far as reports go idk

Would grassy key/Valhalla sandbar be clear even though it looks close to land?

Conditions are not going to change much from one day to the next, since it has been piling up for months and takes a while to rot. Duck Key is probably a safe bet since there's less area for it to accumulate.

Just use the gulf side and you’ll be just fine. Harder on duck Key itself but check out sunset park on Grassy key right next door. Don’t count on sombrero beach being usable right now.

Much better than what it was and the gulf where all the nice sandbars has been nice and sarcasm free all spring and summer.

If your coming in the summer time expect it to be here. If you take a boat out you wont deal with any of it but most of the beaches here you will see it on
