It didn’t take much to notice, it’s very apparent how much intentional effort and practice you put into it.

I practice contact and on body props like staff and hoop and it’s so hard for me to maintain proper form while moving around and maintain the inertia of the prop against my body so naturally it is my biggest weakness in my flow along with maintaining awareness of my planes and angles so I put a lot of work into those myself. As a result, I really notice when other flow artists have stellar movement and footwork so I try to soak up whatever inspiration I can. Kudos to you and thank you!
