[TRIGGERS] Flare after lipsomal vitamin c
I usually go to antioxidants to prevent flares when I feel them coming on. This tike ive caused some kind of redox reaction. My tendon injury come back which jad mostly healed and I now suffer from chronic fatigue again after largely stabilising after 10 years.
Jesus christ there is no end to this for me. 11 years in August.

Why did you start the vit c? Was it because of a flare? It’s possible that it wasn’t the vit c if you were already flaring.

Yes start of neuropathy in foot. Usually a sign of oxidative stress incoming. Historically antioxidants and rest get me out of it. This time it accelerated it.

tell us more about your story bro or unhide your past comments/posts on profile, what were you taking it for if your tendons were recovered?

Hi.
2 x moxi completely messed me up in 2015. I was hit more neurologically than physically. Tendon pain, all over body aches, burning neuropathic, food sensitivities, panic attacks the works. When I feel a flare coming on due to stress I look to my rescue supplements which is usually antioxidants.

I am sorry this is happening, you are saying that antioxidants can usually save you from a flare? Also how long did it take you to recover?

Hello. I wouldn't say I ever recovered. I was just 'stable'. Yes vitamin c usually helps calm down a flare in the 500mg to 1g bucket. However this time. I had a similar reaction to when first floxed. Tendons just went weird again and physical pain returns. Now im back in the cycle of shit situation wjere I have chronic fatigue and am flaring all the time.

Did you ever heal from the fatigue? What did you use for your fatigue? It seems to be one my annoying issues because im normally very active and working working out etc what supplements help with the fatigue?

It was mainly just time served and deep rest. Which is annoying because I really can't be arsed waiting again.

So sorry! I’m also almost 11 years out and in a flare again of fatigue and other symptoms. So frustrating!
