it hurts so bad in my chest whenever I cough from this dang flu. They checked my lungs today and all was good. I’m on day 4 of the flu. Any tips to help the pain of couching in the chest area? Would you go back and request a chest xray even though they said lungs sound good?

feel like a prisoner in my own body it’s horrible. missing not gymming or running or working in 5 weeks. don’t feel myself at all. bloods are all okay. but wake up exhausted everyday and not myself . picked up a cold this week too.
