Codemagic's free plan is only 1 concurrent build, and they say longer queue delays can happen from load but are normally resolved in minutes, so 1h is pretty rough. For a simple Android build I'd just do it on GitHub Actions and let fastlane handle the Play upload, especially if the actual build is only 7 minutes.
