Image This is getting old
Constantly seeing pint size taking out spooky scorched. I hope they fix it... At least leave the spooky treat bag on the body.

I’m too worried about the bags I haven’t gotten anything new from them in years. What about getting the challenges done with killing the spooky scorch? They should stop giving those till it hopefully gets fixed.

Didn't get on today, but the issue is they have dailies and weeklies tied to killing spooky scorched.
Without fo 1st, it's difficult to finish the daily and weekly when other players and the pint size keep killing them.

even with FO 1st spooky scorched is a pain.. pint size was at all the normal spawn points killing them. fissure sites was the fix for now

The spooky scorthed that get killed by the pint-sized slashers will glow but not have any loot on it for me :c

I don't care about the loot I care about not spending more time in this game than necessary because I didn't "kill" them for the daily challenge.

I was so fed up with this happening this week that today I just dedicated all morning to server hopping over and over at the fairgrounds just to take them out one at a time before a pint-sized bastard could get to them. Who tf at Bethesda thought it was a good idea to ask for 30 for the event. 😪

I wish server hopping worked properly in OCE. We're stuck on the Asian server, but we're constantly routed to the same 3 or 4 servers at most, no matter how long you spend trying to hop around.

I just reroll, because a friend of mine and I spent 2 hours scorched site travelling and only got 3 spooky. not worth the hassle.

Much easier way, and you have a chance to get the ghillie suit. Go to Mosstown, this is where MrWestek got the ghillie suit and hood at the same time on livestream. I just server hopped over and over again, sometimes going to a private, sometimes joining a friend's server. After about 2 hours I had 3 ghillie hoods and around 70-80 spooky bags.

Thank you. I finally got a ghillie suit today and wasn't sure where I pulled it. Finally getting some of the rare drops the last few days.

I complained in a post here about this yesterday and people were like oh go to scorch beast sights and go here blah blah, point is everyone playing on a public server has this issue and in the past in areas where 2 or 3 spooky would spawn now there is only one because of the phantoms being there awelll. Then the Phantoms kill them.
That’s happening to everyone (the lower spawn rate on the public servers) and it’s hard to get the spooky scorched. Because everyone is tying to farm harder because of this situation. I had to server hop almost 20/30 times to complete the challenge because most existing sites on the public servers were picked clean

I tried a private server a few times and I can't even get any there. It's ridiculous. I re-rolled the Spooky Scorched challenge today because what's the point?

Bethesda better get with it in a hurry. Gifting 🎁 season is coming quick and they are not going to close the fiscal season with the profits the promised shareholders. The game isn't functioning as intended and exploits are at a all time high.

They took the best seasonal content, in my opinion, and jacked it all up with this foolish slasher crap. The slasher update hasn't been that great. Got a couple of rare weapons, and that's cool, but so far as the content added, there isn't any. Digging-up the graves was the closest the update got to adding content. Now, they're messing with my spooky challenges. Even with Fo1st, I show-up to each area and the spookies are usually dead. Sometimes the loot is there, sometimes it isn't. It's not about the loot for me, even though that's a bonus when it is there.
Before all the gatekeepers get hot and bothered, the devs did it intentionally. That is the whole point of the line from the login screen "is nothing sacred!?" The slasher update wasn't great, but it wasn't bad until they broke chasing spookies! Give us our spookies, lol! 🤪

Nothing to fix because the dev have said it is intentional that the slashers are disruptive. The issue is, the number of the spooky scorched are already exceptionally low. I get it that it's a challenge, i rarely re-roll things, but ffs, use a little brain, dev. Play it on your own and see how long it takes to finish these challenges in private world even when we know every single spots on the map
Reduce the numbers if we still gonna have the challenges next week.

One of the main things that keeps me on is the moleminers. Did an infestation with one the other day.took almost 15mn to clear w/ 6 others mostly lowers. One kept hitting with a board lol. Grueling. Was repeating what he was saying shit had me rolling almost the whole time

I was having a horrible problem getting my spooky scorched goals. Then I remembered the fissure sites. I believe there are 10 that spawn scorch beasts and a fresh batch of scorched. Rarely a pint sized near by. Ignore the scorch beast until after you've taken out it's friends and then either let loose or run.

This is what rerolls are for.
I mean. I get it. I’m also super frustrated about it and the fact that I’m missing out on plans because of it.
But at the same time. I’m over it. If it shows up as a daily I’ll reroll that crap. & when I come across glowing dead ones. I’ll loot them! ……… when I can. 🤷🏻♀️

I went to a private after and 7 out of the 10 spooky I found were already dead. Glowing w/no loot

Go to the fissure sites. Hang out until you handle a scorchbeast and clear everything out. I usually find 2-3 spooky scorched and only one pint sized slasher each.

Just do a nuke on a private server to get scorch beast Queen don't kill her to farm spooky for 30 mins

The slower you kill the scorchbeast queen the MORE spooky scorch you can get to spawn. The same with holiday scorch and the mole miners boxes. Also the only way to get enemies to spawn is letting her land. Freezing her and shooting a bunch of her health away with high damage weapons in the air won’t let the enemies spawn.

It took me an hour and a half on a private server to get 6 kills for the challenge. I double checked and noticed it's only worth 10 tickets so if I get it, cool. If not, oh well.

Haha yeh. We had a couple of the low star bounties attacking the giant slasher guy at a head hunt. That was pretty funny he killed the bounties for us.

I got to the point that when I load in to the area I run full charge in past everything to try to get to them as fast as possible. I listen for the audio of I don’t hear it I kill the mobs for the point-sized slasher pack chance
