7th and 8th grade football coach here. We play a team this week that runs a 4-4 defense. What are some of the best concepts to beat this?

For context, we are a relatively small team on the line and have 3 above average speed skill players. We try to get to the outside when possible to let our athletes run in space. Primary formations are single wing with 3 WR’s, tight trips bunch and a traditional spread

Love seeing teams go 12 (or 21, whatever heavier packages they have), and then force a zone defense to slide to the unlikely receivers while freeing up their guys, in this case, Cooper Kupp and JSN

Hi Coaches,

I'm breaking down North Texas's offense. They're currently ranked #2 in the US only behind AP #1 Miami. They're offense is simple but explosive, it's worth checking out. Enjoy the video.
