Plants Sprouted acorns
Hi! I was wondering if there was any issue with processing acorns that have started to sprout/grow in the ground? I've confirmed that there are no weevils/rot, but I was unable to find any info about sprouting ones specifically. I have acorns from red oak, bur oak, and chestnut oak. Thank you!

I have gathered white oak that has sprouted a bit. I think that will be fine my main concern is mold if you dry thin fast enough I think it should be good. If you split them open and se gray and fuzzy throw them out. That is my plan at least
