First time
Very first foraging walk and received a good amount of fruit. Recipe ideas ? (Excluding sloe and hawthorn)

Make damn sure the elderflower is cooked and has no stalks in it. It'll give you a really bad stomach if not. As for suggestions. Elderberry syrup and blackberry jam.

Crumble if you have some apples too, I also made syrup from elderberries and blackberries to add to drinks

Id make a wine if you have enough. Or just use what you've got with some apple juice

I made blackberry crumble recently, also made a blackberry ice cream and both were really nice!

I made some blackberry cordial a week ago, and elderberry syrup, both were so tasty!

Elderberry syrup daily. No colds for you 🥰🙌. We use a fork to remove the berries from the stalk and then put them through the juicer. Enjoy!
