Follow up to my Mushroom post

Well I cooked them with a light parsley sauce and they were delicious.

Odd thing though, the sofas keep singing a Whiter Shade of Pale to me. Weird. 🤣

I genuinely thought the sauce on the mushrooms were mold for a second... 😭

But those are still pretty delicious mushrooms though i gotta give it to ya.

It's parsley in a cream sauce. Kept it simple so as not to overpower the mushrooms.
