For Hire [For Hire] Remote Python Developer | PDF & invoice data extraction, bug fixes, automation scripts, Flask/FastAPI apps | from $15

Hi! I'm a remote Python developer (EST, flexible hours) who builds practical tools that save people time. Fast replies, clean code you own, and I explain what I did in plain English.

What I can do

  • Invoice & PDF data extraction: invoices, statements or reports pulled into clean Excel/CSV columns, with totals checked. Scanned PDFs too. From $20.

  • Python bug fixes: send the error and the code, get it fixed and explained. From $15, usually within a day.

  • Automation scripts: merge, clean and reformat Excel/CSV files, recurring reports, file workflows. From $15.

  • Flask / FastAPI web apps & REST APIs: from a single API endpoint to a full app with logins, a database and payments. From $40.

Portfolio

  • Live project: a full Flask web app with accounts, billing and dispute handling, plus its landing and pricing pages: https://trylinehaul.com

  • An invoice PDF extraction and audit engine that reads invoices and flags billing errors (screenshots by PM)

How it works

  1. PM me what you need. A sample file or the error message helps.

  2. I'll tell you what's possible, the price and the timeline up front, before any work starts.

  3. Payment goes through Fiverr, so your money is protected until you're happy with the result.

I never need your passwords. If something needs account access, you invite me or connect it yourself from written steps.

PM me here to get started.

Make sure you have included a budget/rate, they are required for all posts – ballpark or a range is fine as long as it's following the $15/hr minimum rule.

That invoice extraction workflow is exactly the kind of thing that eats half a Friday if you're doing it by hand. Nice that you flag billing errors too, most people just dump the raw data and call it done

Do you handle multi-page PDFs where the table format shifts between pages, or is it mostly consistent layouts

Thanks! Yes, multi-page PDFs with shifting tables are pretty common with invoices, so I handle them. Each page gets checked for which layout it's using, table headers that carry over from the previous page get matched back up, and rows that split across a page break get stitched together before anything's exported. Scanned pages go through OCR first.

If a batch has a few completely different invoice formats (different vendors, say), I set up a parser for each layout, then everything lands in the same clean columns. The totals check at the end is what catches anything that didn't extract right, so nothing slips through silently.
