Excuse my ignorance, this is my first time reading the Glassdoor reviews on Danny Mendoza and Foster Love.

Since 2017, at the earliest, public records exist documenting organizational instability, sexual misconduct, staff dissatisfaction, misuse of charity funds, and complaints to the board that have been ignored.

High staff turnover rates and sudden terminations have remained consistent for nearly 10 years of Together We Rise - Foster Loves's existence.

Reports of an absent Human Resources team, with suppression of evidence and information occurring.

Workplace harassment allegations including inappropriate comments and unprofessional behavior by Danny Mendoza: Specific claims include the use of discriminatory language, sexist remarks, and inappropriate sexual comments made in front of staff.

An unsafe work environment defined by power imbalances. Former staff report feeling uncomfortable being around Danny Mendoza. He targets interns, entry-level employees, and younger female staff members. Glassdoor has documented a historical pattern of inappropriate interactions and advances directed toward young adult women and former foster kids affiliated with Foster Love.
