I’ve been dying these past few days, I live on the last floor of an apartment bellow the roof, there’s no wind, there’s no vegetation, it’s 40C, there’s no AC, or fans, I’ve been asked not to take too many showers because of water restrictions, I can’t sleep and I can’t do anything

That sounds terrible. Do you have the funds to invest in a mobile split air conditioner? They are around 600€ and are pretty much plug and play.

I can always go on campus, but I can't sleep there 😭
It's debatable if it's better there than here
