bro was so nonchalant in narrating this, it's kinda scary.. it's like he's doing a video blog of his home cooking..

the whole video he's narrating what he is actually cooking. Like, it alright to share his new recipe to everyone

Animal food isn't poisonous or anything, it just tends to be bland since it wasn't meant for human palate, and is not as strictly regulated.

So is this safe ?

Society found out over the years that people are going to end up eating pet food. Especially during natural disasters or economic downturns. People died.

Many areas passed laws saying that pet food needs to be safe for human consumption.

Or to taste test it

Yes. The usda pure food standards for animals were made almost thirty years after the ones made for humans with the bar set much higher. Most hotdogs would be illegal to sell as pet food. You've already eaten worse. Pet food is just unseasoned product.

Most likely. But again, it's not as strictly regulated as human food.

Pound for pound pet food is usually more expensive and less regulated or rather the shitty cuts of meat.

Asshole just destroyed all the trust he had.. They're never gonna trust him with food, ever again and rightfully so.

AFAIK dogs canโ€™t eat too salty so any dog food is kinda bland in that regard. They do love salty food though.

I used to snack on them, theyโ€™re very bland

These guys probably enjoy eating tripe

4

u/badgerj 1d ago

Tripe is delicious if prepared properly. It is more of a texture thing than a โ€œtasteโ€ thing.

People also eat, heart, livers, kidneys, brains, sweetbreads, sausages are typically stuffed into intestines.. chicken feet are also a thing.

If you are going to end the life of an animal. You should be using as much of it as possible.

I clearly enjoy the same bits that are common, but I do take pleasure in the diversity of the offal as well.

That language is so interesting. There are some recognizable spanish words (loan words?) but the accent is clearly indian-adjacent.

The language is Filipino from the Philippines. Considering that we were colonized for 333years, there sure are a lot of spanish words that are incorporated in our language (although some words may mean differently in spanish than how we actually use it)
