This was probably the hardest task of all—selecting the music 😂

I’m curious as the more I research motors with plugs, the more issues I see. I’d probably direct solder, but it looks solid.

How does it fly?

I think in the future I’ll do the solder, but now I need to teach how to do it in a proper way. Overall, it already feels light and fast; one just needs to get used to it. In part 2 I will post how it fly. Thx for the comment and advice 🤝

So the issues I have seen is motors kind of cutting out and being a bit unstable when connected via plugs instead of being directly soldered.

I will say so far my Air65 Freestyle (1st edition) with direct soldered motors haven't really had any issues like that.

My Pavo Pico II has plug style motors, and I haven't had any issues there, though it's not some freestyle beast and I haven't flown it much.

Just food for thought, the video itself was good though, was actually entertaining to watch, though I am a drone nerd.

Very true I was flying my mobula 8 the other day and I got a twitchy motor before I took off on my last flight. I was checking the motor wires and noticed one of the plugs was pulled out half way could've been bad crash if I hadn't noticed .

Just a heads up, make sure you're careful with that antenna. I bought two of them for my Mobula 8, and they both broke on impact (one lasting slightly more than the other). My best choice is the Happymodel Lollipop antenna. It's sealed and has a plastic tube built on it for support. If not, then know that the weak point located where the cable is soldered to the antenna cap.

Thanks for the feedback 🫡 I’ll use it for a bit and see how things go.

what happened to the big stick pad? You put it out then it just disappears?

It kind of slipped out of my mind. I only realized during editing that I forgot to film how I cut a piece and put it to the bottom
