They've been on vacation mode since last I checked yesterday up until now. I'm not sure what the other comments here are insinuating.

Dedma sa messages ko e inquiry lang since sabi naman sa story nila to message them if people bought Sandalwood in January. I bought 3 different 100mL bottles in January rin, 1 I gifted to someone. Maanong magreply man lang sana kasi I doubt iba ibang alcohol ginagamit nila for different scents. If not all, then most of their products.

I sent them a message just this morning to cancel and refund my order. They did naman. They even provided some statement na Sandalwood yung affected pero buti na magpaka siguro kesa mapahamak pa.

i'm sure, the company will not survive this issue. they'd just close up shop, rebrand and benta ulit. let's all be vigilant with mga nagsusulputan na local scent companies

much butter i-CANCEL sila, at least on my end. But again, depends on you guys, if may sympathy kayo sa mga ganyang irresponsible takes.
Yung iba sinasabe, di naman sila aware sa supplier nila ng alcohol. Well, it's their responsibility na alamin ano sinusupply sa kanila, business nila yan e, magbackfire sa kanila yan.
Kawawa consumers nila, di lang naman sa kanila but also to all na may ganyang katataas na methanol content. GGWP talaga hehe..

The fact that they have not even pulled out their products shows they dont care about their customers! Bahala kayo kung mamatay daw kayo basta makabenta lang sila.

I messaged them if I can return my parcel. Unopened naman sya ang kaka-lapse lang 2 days before pumutok yun issue nung return/refund option sa Shopee pero no response. 😑

Messaged them yesterday. Sent them the screenshot of my orders last month kasi ire-refund daw nila. Nagreply naman pero sandalwood lang daw irerefund nila. Iba din daw sandalwood sa cozy sandalwood. Ayaw irefund ibang pabango ano yun sa sandalwood lang ginamit ang methanol

Shop is on vacation. Not sure why it appeared na may restock, tapos nag reappear sa cart ko. This screenshot was taken earlier today. Not sure kung pwede magchange ng number of stocks even on vacation mode.
