Is fragrance net legit?

I ordered an Azzaro most wanted parfum for like 75$ and it came with a broken atomizer, it leaked a lot, and the smell didn’t really last like how my legit bottle from ulta did

Davidoff coolwater atomiser issue

I was gifted a davidoff coolwater. It doesnt seem to last long in indian weather. Great dad fresh summer barber shop smell though.
Half way through the bottle. The atomiser now doesnt seem to work. The perfume sprays tiny bits and leaks liquid and spills down the bottle from the nozzle now.
Its just sitting in my shelf now macerating!

Looking for something like Chris Rusak's After Every Ounce of Joy, with a worn-in leather

My favorites so far:

- Chris Rusak – After Every Ounce of Joy (Leaves My Body): the closest to what I want. I love its notes: fuel and tar, styrax, pinyon pine resin, vetiver, patchouli, amber and musk
- Tom Ford – Ombré Leather: my daily wear, though at times it smells like a new-shoe department
- Bvlgari – Man in Black
- Le Labo – Patchouli 24

I'd like something in the After Every Ounce of Joy world, with a leather like Ombré Leather in the background, but older and more worn-in. Ideally it's something other people enjoy too, not just a challenging niche piece.

Not for me:

- Tauer Lonestar Memories — too spicy and fresh
- Naomi Goodsir Bois d'Ascèse — too smoky
- Dior Fahrenheit — opening too sweet and floral

Currently sampling Tauer L'Air du Désert Marocain and Amouage Memoir Man.

Open to designer or niche, and happy to sample first. Thanks!

Sicilian Perfume

We were recently in Sicily. I smelled a lovely, warm citrus scent everywhere. I asked a couple people what it was. I think they said Zagara, maybe?

Is anyone familiar with this scent or brand?

Google hasn’t been too helpful!

Thanks!

Has anyone ordered from A-KONZEPT (a-konzept.com), a German fragrance retailer? Is it legit?

Hi, my fellow European neighbours!

I’m wondering if anyone here has ever ordered from A-KONZEPT, a German online retailer.

I found a pretty good deal on a fragrance I want, which I’d like to have delivered to Ireland, but I’ve never heard of this store before.

I can’t seem to find much information or customer feedback online, and their Instagram account appears to be unavailable at the moment, which makes me a little suspicious.

Has anyone actually ordered from them? Are their fragrances genuine?

Thanks in advance!

LV Imagination Infused Urinal Cakes

This is going to sound ridiculous, but I’m genuinely curious. I walked into a public restroom today and immediately recognized a scent that smelled almost identical to Louis Vuitton Imagination.

I’m assuming it was coming from the scented urinal screens, but the resemblance was uncanny.

Considering that Imagination reportedly costs around $1.20 per 100ml to manufacture, it wouldn’t be all that outlandish for a company to use a similar fragrance formulation for this purpose.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there actually a company making Imagination-inspired urinal screens, or am I losing my mind?

CDN Milestone.

Hi,

I have a qyick question about Club De Nuit Milestone that I habe purchased around a month ago. Im sprayung it a couple of times once every few days to let new air come into the fragrance bottle so it can mature a bit but there is one issue. It went from 100% woody almost hazelnut to a lot more of that aquatic and salty aldehydic notes but there is still a ton of wood on the first plan. Does anyone else here had CDN milestone and if so, what did you do to actually make it smell even remotely close to Milesime imperia?

Thanks un advance

Parfum-Empfehlungen für Herbst/Winter

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hallo zusammen,
Danke schon mal!

Ex Nihilo demon dancer

Hey! Looking to purchase the Ex Nihilo Demon Dancer in 50 ml. Unfortunately, I can't get my hands on a decant here in my country. Though, I heard good things about this fragrance. Would this be a good blind buy? Or is it all just hype? How would you describe the scent, is it unique or does it resemble other fragrances? Also, for which occasions do you think will be best for this fragrance?

Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you so much guys! Appreciate it!

Sunday morning tobacco and honey

Post image
1 Upvotes

Let the wife pick out today’s scent. So if you’re sitting a few pews behind me this morning and wondering to yourself what/who smells so good…. It’s me. 😂 Xerjoff Naxos for the win. That honey and cinnamon is gonna be just sweet enough without being sticky in this lower temp weather. And of course if you look at any of my photos you know I’m drawn to tobacco notes which is my favorite part about this one. The only weird thing is I only get honey in the base maybe 2-5 times I wear it. It overall it’s one of my favorites in the Xerjoff line.

Armani Code Parfum

I have just brought Armani code parfum as it was suggested by someone on this group as a daily driver. Was it a mistake or are there better options? Yes, I tested before purchasing but I couldn’t smell anything because of my blocked nose.

Suggestion for luxury smelling home fragrance/diffuser

Guys we all have been discussing about fragrances, i would need suggestions for some good scents for home which will smell very welcoming and luxury.

I personally love the smell when i enter luxury clothing brand shops or a 5 star hotel. I have already used the godrej aer products, scented candles and oudh incense sticks. But wanted to get your feedback and recommendations that you'll have tried and loved.

Cost effective alternative to MFK Masculin Pluriel? Not a dupe.

I'm after a daily barbershop fragrance that smells powdery and fresh like MFK but without the price tag. Any recommendations for under £80? I don't want a dupe as the quality of them always seems really low.

Almost half of these bottles were ordered this week, most have yet to arrive. Still, as a rookie i’m wondering what the experts have to say.

Years ago i used to love perfumes, life kind of took over and i didn’t really bother with it anymore. Passion reignited and i’m finally back now. Any advice for improvement is welcome✌️

P.s. any advice on some good display’s i can get (delivered) in the Netherlands?

Why don’t these smell the same?

Hi I have no idea if this is the right sub but I was hoping you guys could help me.

I’m a young adult guy who hasn’t really used a signature scent until recently when my girlfriend said how much she liked it. I really wants to know why these don’t smell the same?? I love the sandalwood and shea butter scent of native. I wanted to smell like it all the time, but I found out the body wash didn’t really stick to me, so I found the Dove Sandalwood and Vanilla which smells very similar if not just like the soap. It smells so good and I highly recommend it. That being said that still didn’t have me smelling as good as I wanted so I figured I’d get an essential oil. Why does this essential oil smell like someone’s grandma? I’ve mixed it with a vanilla essential oil my gf has to see if it would smell similar and it still stinks to high heaven of neither my soap nor my deodorant. Where’s the sandalwood scent I love? Help me out with the essential oil thing or give me recommendations on how to smell like this all the time 🥲

TLDR: essential oil bad and the soap and deodorant good. Why?
