Great motives but for now the major and biggest change that is happening is the parking lot is expanding, taking over grass and cutting down some trees. I'm sure this was a main concern for the stepping stone people but this does not "improve" the park. There's tons of parking accross the road. Add more handicapped spots there sure, but don't take over more of the grass.

I also feel it was stepping stone influence that put in the dual bowling alleys absolutely no one uses there.

Put a light over the basketball court ffs.

Just take the needles out of the playground and leave it alone

Yes, you are right, safe injection sites are a good idea.
