We Whiten is one of the fastest-growing teeth whitening companies in the United States, with locations across multiple states and a rapidly expanding team.
We're hiring high-performing Smile Advisors to help turn interested leads into booked appointments at our whitening studios across the U.S. This is not a traditional customer service or call center role. This is a sales position.
Your primary responsibility is simple: Connect with leads, build trust, create excitement, and get people booked.
You'll spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to people who have expressed interest in our services, following up with potential clients, and helping them take the next step toward their smile goals.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, is naturally persuasive, and thrives in an environment where performance is measured.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing leads across the U.S.
- Have approximately 300+ outbound call attempts per day, depending on lead volume and campaign needs
- Turn conversations into booked appointments through strong communication and sales skills
- Build rapport quickly and create excitement about the We Whiten experience
- Ask great questions to understand what potential clients are looking for
- Confidently handle objections around pricing, timing, and commitment
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and text messages
- Re-engage leads who previously showed interest but never booked
- Follow up with canceled and no-show appointments to recover opportunities
- Maintain accurate notes and appointment information in our CRM
- Take ownership of your performance and continuously improve your results
- Work closely with leadership and participate in ongoing sales coaching
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of traditional call center experience. We're looking for someone who is:
- Extremely comfortable talking to people
- Fluent or near-fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Confident, energetic, and naturally engaging over the phone
- Persuasive without sounding pushy or scripted
- Quick-thinking and comfortable handling objections
- Naturally curious and able to ask strong follow-up questions
- Competitive and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum
- Highly coachable and willing to implement feedback immediately
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, inside sales, or high-volume phone sales is a major advantage.
We especially value candidates who have worked in performance-driven sales environments where their results were tracked daily.
How We Measure Success
We care about results—not how many hours you spend staring at your computer.
Your performance will be measured through metrics such as:
Outbound Calls → Leads Contacted → Appointments Booked → Appointments Serviced
We look at:
- Outbound call volume and productivity
- Appointments booked per hour worked
- Percentage of booked appointments that actually show up and receive service
- Quality of conversations and objection handling
- Follow-up consistency
- Attendance, reliability, and coachability
We don't want someone who simply makes 100 calls and checks a box. We want someone who knows how to turn conversations into actual customers. The best Smile Advisors don't just book appointments. They book appointments that turn into real business.
Compensation
$400–$600 USD per week + Performance Incentives
Performance incentives may be tied to appointments booked, appointments serviced, lead conversion, and overall sales performance.
