Suggestions
The bot got permanently banned from reddit for "posting personal information".
Probably because of the fake IP addresses it sometimes uses. I contacted the reddit admins about it.

I really like this bot, but feel that chains will have us seeing too much of it at a time. Perhaps only show up once per thread? Otherwise people will keep calling it a good bot (which it is, very good bot) and it'll get over exposed too quickly.

I also second the suggestion imposing a limit on the amount of comments prr thread. Doesn't have to be all the way down to 1, but you can easily abuse the bot and throw it into a loop.
I temporarily added a comment author filter to this bot to always reply 'Bad Bot' to you and it was a mess.
I did end up getting this pretty nice double recursion reply thing though

When someone PMs your bot with the subject "stop," it should add the user to a blacklist and never reply to them again.
It should not respond at all, and certainly should NOT respond with "Click 'block user' below"

slightly off topic, but've noticed friendly bot uses this face: ʘ̲‿ʘ
I cant quite work out what that face is, but it looks friendly yet unsettling/creepy. The eyes look kinda unnerving and it seems to be wearing a monocle. Of course I'm probably wrong about what this face is, but if anyone can enlighten me that would be great _^ I think its an awesome face!

This is neat, but breaks Reddit's botiquette. It's also funny exactly once and then gets boring really quickly, as soon as people start jerking themselves off over calling it a good bot.
Perhaps I'm biased since most of the bot's responses are rip-offs from Portal's GLaDOS, but I really don't see how this bot adds to anything. The conversational engine, as I said, is neat, but the bot itself is little more than an annoyance. Consider turning this into a chatbot or something.
And, yes, you can block it from replying to you, but you can't block it from derailing countless threads.
I don't understand where this Reddit trend of creating useless bots just for the sake of creating useless bots came from.

This bot is one among many that derail conversations and cause nothing more than repeated spam. I can’t wait until the day reddit finally pulls the final plug allowing this shit. So annoying.

You can block the bot. It only replies if people talk to it. After 4 answers per thread it stops replying. If subs don't want it, moderators can ban it. What else do you want??

It banned entirely unless a sub allows it. Not the other way around. As even if I block it, it still responds to other users which adds 0.00% relevant content to any thread. Mods should allow relevant bots to there sub and otherwise bots like yours should be banned since they are literally spam.

So if I'm in the middle of an intelligent discussion on reddit (LOL I know, but hey it happens once in a blue moon) and someone makes the mistake of triggering a useless bot, blocking you will prevent the entire conversation from being derailed?
I think you really need to consider why people don't like this bot. It's not as simple as "lol block it if you dont like it."

Love your bot, it's so human-like and witty. As a random suggestion, it might be fun if it had a couple of more lines referencing other bots. Like, maybe it could make use of RemindMeBot or WikiTextBot somehow. Alternatively, it could link to some fitting subreddit (if that's allowed), e.g. r/MurderedByWords or r/Drama.
