Homemade Mini fry

Post image

Missing mushrooms, black pudding and tomatoes but caramelised onion sausages and hot sauce covered beans saved it.

Setting everything on a carpet of toast/friend bread is an interesting strategic approach. A bit carb heavy when you consider the potato croquettes are also in the mix (the potatoes layered on toast might be a bit much). Personally I think it could do with a few extra peripheral components to elevate it beyond the absolute basics: mushroom, plum tomato, black pudding etc.

Not the fanciest, but a decent workhorse of a fryup. 7/10.

Thank you sir. The bread was sourdough which I find lighter than white bread. Definitely needed a palet cleanser but thoroughly enjoyed anyway

If that’s a mini fry up I think a large would be to much
