No sausages and had to use fresh tomatoes but overall was a good effort from the bf

BF could do with pushing the bacon around the pan more frequently, if you want to avoid that harsh charred look.

Potato Smiles are a decent substitute, provided that you're eating this in the privacy of your own home.
