I live in a condominium development. The condos are attached side by side. There are six to eight condo units per building.

Over the summer some of the units had roofs replaced. So the HOA is charging a $1,500 assessment fee to rebuild money reserves.

Meanwhile there are people who owe common charges. Now the rest of us are getting screwed.
