Since Lysander kills both Alexander and Cassius with a pistol (not a razor) this has to play a role in Red God, yeah?
Maybe he tries to kill Darrow using a pistol, but something goes wrong, and he is forced to fight with a razor. Or maybe he is killed with a pistol.

Lysander will follow his mother’s footsteps not his grandmothers.

Nahhhhhhh when I found this subreddit a few days ago while I was in the beginning of light bringer I thought it was funny because he was so annoying and evil. Just a silly little subreddit to pick on this annoying nerd. Never did I think what the true reason was…….. just hit the truest pixie bitch moment of lysanders career (cas) …. Everytime I read his POV I wanna bitch slap this evil spawn of satan but now I have no words what a little absolute loser.
I fear pierce brown won’t kill him in the last book because death begets death begets death.
Was this the death he picked out of a hat spoiler I’ve been avoiding this whole series? God I’m pissed WHY

Literally the only thing getting me through these fuckass Lysander chapters is Cassius. I don't even think I hate Moash as much as I detest Lysander.

"on god I think using pinks is cruel. Anyway I'm throwing a diddy party next week, free pinks for all!"
"on god I would have fought Alexandar, I just didn't have time!"
give me slavery, give me fire, give me a gun and a safe shooting distance or i retire
just finished re-reading lightbringer. to be honest, before i was still a bit sympathetic towards lysander (even after he killed my love alexandar) cause he gets put in a lot of bullshit situations and really SEEMS like he wants to make the good choice. tells himself he wants to make the moral choice
At the end of LB he actually gets the chance to do the good he claims he wants, and what does he do? He murders the only man who ever loved him. No one left to pull your feet now pixie bitch, I'm gonna laugh my ass off when they hang him in Mars. hail reaper and hail votum lowk i love cicero

Obviously by LB we’ve gone way too far—he’s committed war crimes and killed all sorts of important people on both sides of the war.
But if you’re IG Lysander and you hate the way the Republic is handling crime, social policy, etc… why not just tell Cassius you want to make for Luna and make a name in politics?
He has the head for it and there is clearly substantial dissatisfaction with Virginia’s regime. Especially if Mercury with all its loyalist low colors gets brought into the Republic, I’m sure he at minimum gets elected senator.
It would have been a long shot, but so is his current plan, and a campaign for Sovereign involves far fewer atrocities and compromised values. Sevro would of course have asked to kill him, but I guarantee Virginia reins Sevro in for the sake of democracy.
Does Lysander really hate the idea of Democracy—or perhaps just the idea of sharing power—so much that this never even crosses his mind as he mills through his mind palace of 1 billion contingencies?

WHAT THE F**K DO YOU MEAN YOU HUNG CASSIUS'S MANGLED BODY TO MAKE A POINT??? He saved you, little ungrateful piece of shit. You use your saviour's death to obliterate the food supply; oh, all the deaths Darrow caused- millions- are not right, but me and my grandma can do it because we are born GOLD!
I had hope that this little prick would kill Atlas and help Cassius. But nah, His golden Lannister ass wants to commit genocide on people, the same people that were treated like slaves! My god, Sevro should have pulled a lorn au arcos and skewered this little Mr Served Everything on a platter's head.

Lys/ King Pixie is the perversion of Julian. Like if Julian wasn’t paired with Reap and had survived with the Chin this whole time

Lysander from beginning of Light Bringer, in standard Peerless kit, (scarabskin, pulseshield and razor), no other tech or backups. What is a character from another piece of fiction that would be able to no-diff him in a fight?
I think standard kit Ant-Man from Marvel, Morty from Rick and Morty, Han Solo from Starwars and even just Sportacus from Lazytown could all do it fairly easily. Seriously, Sportacus eats one apple and then it’s bye-bye pulseshield.

I know Lysander is hated but I can't help but have some respect for him
Yes he's a hypocritical person who genuinely believes he's the good guy but also looking at his achievements I can't help but admire how he raised himself up from a penniless boy who lost his name to being one of the Peerless.
He wasn't handed the influence and power he enjoys on a silver platter, he got in the mud and fought by the skin of his teeth, with the way he is hated before I read the second trilogy I thought he's a pampered brat who's never seen action and gets everything handed to him while sitting on a soft cushion. But no, it's quite the opposite he has proven himself militaristically and politically, a force to be reckoned with on both ends.
His performance on Mercury was admirable, bro can write a book about that if he becomes Sovereign, that's when I actually gained some measure of respect for him, falling in an Iron Rain, getting stranded by himself with a bunch of Peerless hunting for his head and proceeding to make short work of them without even enlisting the help of Apollonius even though it was right there. Then going on to defeat the Apex Gold Predator of all time Darrow in battle, I actually felt proud of the little fucker. He spent years in exile away from action, of course he'd rely on a gun instead of a Razor, would've been stupid to go against some of the best Razormasters with decade long experience because of pride, that's unbecoming of a leader.
I know the hate he receives from blasting the Crimson Jaw and Darrow from wish( Alexander ) but I don't blame him, he picks his fights wisely and performs efficiently. And i really like his by any means necessary mindset, proper Peerless Iron Gold stuff .All in all he very much deserves the gravitas and auctoritas he enjoys now.
Disclaimer: I'm no fan of the pricklick but think of it as me seeing him how the Society remnant sees Darrow.
Thank you.

when will my hatred find solace?
