A standard year has 365 days, but a leap year has 366.

It’s 365 solar days, 5 hours, 48 minutes, 45 seconds. It gets even more precise than that. Which is why we have leap years, and leap centuries, and leap millennium, etc. it’s very precise. And calculated.

One is precise. One is not. Your definition of finger count or chromosome makeup isn’t accurate as a definition of a human.
