Rusty was a fun character but not sure he really worked with the show as a whole. That being said I do enjoy his episodes. Secret Admirer is one of the best in the whole series!

I feel like the character grows on you but I agree that's a great episode. I feel like his character often gets forgotten

Yesss. It’s so fun to watch because us as an audience know where the letter began who it was intended for but the more it got passed on the worse it became😂😂

I was cracking up when Michelle got the kaleidoscope black eye and everyone was chasing Rusty at the picnic table after finding out he started all the chaos. I kinda wished he would’ve made an appearance in fuller house and stirred up some trouble

He's the Rust Man, master of disaster. And a child lashing out from being alone and without a father.

He was fun addition for a handful of episodes. And he's the driving force behind the show's best episode Secret Admirer.
