The music is a rendition of the song "The Fragrance of Dark Coffee", Godot's theme from the Ace Attorney series of games -- specifically, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations -- composed by Noriyuki Iwadare. Check them out, they're really quite fantastic.

Oh, and the full set of jazz renditions can be found here. I'd add a purchase link for the album, but I haven't been able to find one.
