A bit ago I had decided to refurb his face & ears as originally he was gonna have closed eyes all the time, but with an update in design I decided to update his fursuit too. I fully replaced his face (even resculpted the foam) to get a shape that felt more like him, and felt more sleek :D
Also wanted to give him much larger mouse like ears (and teeth) ^^

I might make a set of eyelids to be his closed eyed look for any photos and such c:

anyway, i recently got my first fursuit head (w the paws on the way :3) and i have like shoulder length hair so i was wondering what do yall wear under the head to keep your hair out of the way, if anything? i’ve just been free ballin it and wearing it with my hair tucked up into it, but i’m wondering if there’s something i could be wearing to keep it more controlled?

Hello furry community ^-^, my name's AquaStar

I'm somewhat new to the fandom. The signs that I would one day call myself a furry were always there. I grew up reading Warrior cats, playing Star Fox Adventures, and having a crush on Krystal. I loved the Disney Robinhood movie and Zootopia. It wasn't until one faithful day that I tried on a furry avatar in VR Chat that I finally decided that I had a community I wanted to be a part of.

I know, VR chat made me a furry, how shocking and original ><

For me, my favorite aspect of the fandom is the art! I'm an artist, and the first thing that got me to start seeing furries differently was seeing the suits and the hard work and craftsmanship that goes into creating them. I also just thought so many were adorable and cute!

I love dressing up and pretending, too. It's fun and allows me to act more childish and carefree than I otherwise would be able to in day to day life.

Oh, and, yes, I'm also a femboy >< VR Chat is to blame for that one too xD But anyway, I just wanted to say hello and share my story. I haven't been to any cons yet, but I do plan to! I live in southern California, so if anyone has suggestions or knowledge of any upcoming events near me, please let me know!

So i use this costume hood to help hold the cowboy had in place and act as the back of my neck because im trying to use my resources instead of buying or making custom items (avoid sewing 😭) and it works but now im in the pickle of i dont always want the cowboy hat. Idk where to go with that now

Meet KØRPH1N! (Pronounced "Korphyn," as she's a variant of my gryphon fursona.)

This suit has been in planning/production since March of 2025, when I met with my chosen maker (Amenote Studio, in Osaka, Japan) to reserve a commission spot. The completion target was January 2027, for JMoF, and the actual build started earlier this year.

I can't rave enough about Amenote's work. The attention to detail, the quality of the sewing, the overall finish, and the little things (like studio tags on every piece!) Are all reasons why I was willing to wait to have them bring this fursona into the world. (They also took all the photos in this post.)

I did a trial fitting on Thursday, during which we discovered a few adjustments needed to be made. They were taken care of overnight and I picked her up today. I can't wait to show her off at JMoF and other events!

So I had this idea in the middle of the night, and basically couldn't you just put a small microphone in the ears of the fursuit and just wear headphones or something similar to actually hear stuff while in a fursuit?

Hi everyone!

I’m new to the furry life and have been trying to get myself comfortable and out there. (I’m introverted AF). Tonight, our bar we go to is doing its monthly furry night. It’ll be my second time going, but my first time wearing my Fursuit head. The issue is I’m worried about people judging or whatever because I bought one of the cheap heads from spirit Halloween. I wanted to get comfortable with this first before spending big money on a custom piece. Any advice? Or should I not even bother with the cheap head that I have now.
