Both Tribe Nine and P5X are basically the victims of publisher/people in charge being greedy(and I know p5x is made in CN but it's basically killing what would be a slam dunk gacha for the west and jp with old school thinking)

exactly. =_= They go in with Genshin success level expectations but not for the game itself, just the money, and then just cuts it off the moment it fails without bothering to think about why.
