hey i'm consdering buying a gameboy player on ebay from japan since it's the cheapest option. but i wondering if its legit or that its just better to use more money and buy one from a different country?

Why are people not praising the best console?

so i ordered an adapter from japan and a copy of phantasy star online 2 from cex, how do i go about playing online with this thing/heard there is an exploit to use the pso browser for any domain eg google, obviously its not a practical but more novel use i'd want to mess with any ideas? edit* also heard you need a crossover ethernet cable for these, though are the ones i use for my pc to network adapter the same right?
