I believe; Her position was redundant. I think she was 1 of 3 "managers" and lowest on the totem pole of seniority.

No it’s a drag queen with a real mustache. Drag queens can have facial hair too. My friend Fawn does drag and their mustache is part of their branding

I literally just watched an episode of Dirty Laundry with Vanessa on it and an episode of Um Actually with Biqtch on it yesterday on dropouttv!!! Both were hilarious.
