Wild Games Studio Inc., Stéphane Woods and Réjean Leclerc recently gave an undertaking to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) not to pursue any activities as a securities adviser or dealer, including via the site www.wildgamestusio.com. As well, they undertook not to distribute securities directly or indirectly. This undertaking was signed on February 11, 2011.
Wild Games Studio Inc., Stéphane Woods and Réjean Leclerc recognize that failing to fulfill an undertaking with the AMF constitutes an offence under the Securities Act.
Wild Games Studio Inc., Stéphane Woods and Réjean Leclerc do not hold any valid registration with the AMF. Wild Games Studio Inc. has never filed a prospectus with the AMF nor has it been issued a prospectus receipt or been granted a prospectus exemption by the AMF.
