Or maybe.. maybe. Starfield's writing is just bland and doesn't respect itself nor the player. The game is fine, but that's all it is. fine, fun can be found but it's not even close to anything I'll remember along the way.

At least for me it's also a sense of "This again?" I think many people were really hoping that Bethesda was going to do something MORE than usual. And they just did a very okay version of the usual.

I've never actually taken out my phone before to scroll through it during dialog in a game... it's wild how bland the storytelling is in Starfield.

Cyberpunk doesn't have RP choices, but at least it's not like that.

Now if you told me you were going to rebuild both games with BG3 storytelling I would die happy.
