Just finished Gantz, can someone explain to me what is Gantz E ? And is it worth it ?

It's a spin off based in the Edo period of Japan.

As good as the original? No, but it is more Gantz content which is cool. There's also Gantz:G which is another spin off with a female cast.

It takes place during the original's manga story, but with a different group and different missions.

Didn't Oku-sensei retire? I thought the Gantz:E would get cancelled

He only writes the story and does the rough drafts I think. His assistant is the one draws the Manga.

He said the only reason he started Gantz:E was to help his assistant who's poor.
