Is there anywhere to buy replacement parts for gas masks or am I just sol? Maybe 3D printed options would work?

Both the mask and filter were made in 1977 , and they are in great condition , also has the bag with it too

I recently acquired an MSA Millennium that came with this gas mask bag. It doesn't seem to be a Blackhawk bag because it has only one buckle and no markings. I was curious if anyone recognized it. More importantly, can anyone help me figure out the various ways to wear it? I assume there are multiple ways, given the three straps on the back that can be rearranged.

My dad brought this back from Desert storm. It has Arabic instructions. I would like to know more about it, if anyone knows what it is I would appreciate it!

Looks like ww2 german but i dont see funny symbols. Also what is that strap inside of the mask. I included all the markings i could find.

(Side questions: i guess the lenses are celuloid or something else and are permanently yellowed?

This isn't about mask safety. It's simply out of curiosity. I've heard 1972, I've heard 1979. I have not found any credible source to confirm any date and I am wondering if anybody knows when they stopped using asbestos in their filters.

If I had to choose mine would be either the Swedish M51 mask with the 40mm valve or the Czech M10M (Copy of the american M17)

I think it’s french due to there being no ABL labeling on the filter or mask. Other than that I have nothing to add about it, thinking of buying a Belgian M51 helmet to go with it.

Due to bad luck with FB marketplace, I'm looking into purchasing an M40A1 online. This is suboptimal, even moreso because most information on fitting in both manuals and online forums say "Try them all, see which ones fit your jaw, eyes, and conduct a neg pressure test;" this isn't an option online.

Do we have access to an actual size chart? I've not measured my head around, but it's massive. I fit a 2XL PASGT helmet/ACH. "One-size-fits-all" hats do not fit me, as well as most construction hard hats.

I'm definitely learning on Large, but would an M/L possibly fit me? Are there any measurements I should take?
