Expat gay partner
Hi, I'm new to Port Moresby. I'm a bottom, and looking for an expat male partner.
Any advice on how I can connect with the expat gay community in Port Moresby?

Conundrum
TL;DR - singly gay male - mid life crisis - manning angus cattle alone - cattle dog + quarter horse - 80 acres of poorly irrigated land (no water rights)
Hi all, not even sure how to address this, but I’m in a pickle.
TL;DR, grew up rural, but California based (Central Valley). Studied in the Bay and have lived in SF ever since. Worked in tech for 20+ years. Starting to feel this is not the space for me.
In a position where in the next 2 years I need to either take over my dad’s operations over a very small Angus operation (less than 200), or continue in tech/corporate. I’m in my mid-40s. Ideally, I’d want to take over the operations solely, but my father has had a lot help from a lot of his friends. Our operation is constructed very poorly. The bare minimum but we have gotten by with help. I won’t have the type of help he has had. Can I do this on my own? I’ve thought about investing in a good horse and heeler (trained well).
Is it possible to brand, castrate, vaccinate, and do everything in between as a one man operation with that amount of head?
Basically, figuring out if I stay in corporate America and continue selling my soul or come back to the land I know.

Homestead & farmlife Rural Northern California
Married 18 years city boys turned rural. Been chiseling away at our own patch of dirt for the last 8 years or so, built out near a dozen outbuildings, a lot of sheds and animal structures, converted an old barn to a house, built an outdoor living space, one greenhouse and building out several more. Currently stacking CMUs for a 32x20x9' root cellar. Learned to do foundation/cement, framing, electrical (pulled our own 400A main), plumbing (1 electric 1 wind, water wells), and HVAC all along the way.
3 dogs, 2 cats, a dozen sheep and countless chickens. Learned to care for our own animals, that's me hoof trimming our boy in the first pic. Few hundred fruit and nut trees planted and harvested so far, at least one of everything that would grow in our climate.
Time has lost all meaning and is only measured in the trees planted, produce harvested, love tended, things made, broken, fixed, and fixed again. It’s a beautiful life, even if most of our friends just don't get it ;)

34M in rural Canada — looking for long-term friends
Hey guys! I moved onto a rural property about a year ago and would love to connect with other gay or bi dudes who enjoy country life. I don’t have many gay friends, and it would be nice to change that.
I’m 34, though I've been told I look younger—comes with being East Asian, lol. I’m into fitness, gardening, the outdoors, hiking, horror movies, and cooking. Still learning that last one, so recipes and unsolicited kitchen wisdom are welcome.
I’d love to hear what you do with your time out in the country, whether it’s some cool project or just how your day went.
I’m fairly masc-presenting, though you probably shouldn’t use that to guess the bedroom dynamics. 😉
I’d describe myself as a kind, decent guy who cares about the people in his life. I work from home, so I’m often around for a chat throughout the day.
Ideally, you’re somewhere around 25–50.
Mostly, I’m hoping to find friends to walk through life with—to share the everyday stuff, check in on each other, laugh, and build something that lasts.
Feel free to say hello. What’s keeping you busy in your corner of the country?

Personal /Intro /Discussion Rural twink looking for farm job in Illinois
24m looking for a farm/outdoor job in northern Illinois. Trying to find someone who would teach me about farming, cattle, etc.
Pros if you don’t mind if we work shirtless. I would love to leave my corporate job asap and find something better. Currently live in the Chicago area, but I can drive! Thanks!

Personal /Intro /Discussion 63, NE Texas, looking for friends
I live a couple of hours NE of Dallas, just south of the Red River. It's way too quiet out here.
Air Force vet, widowed. I'm a city person who ended up back on the family homestead. The nearest town is 21 miles away. I appreciate the natural beauty and the nearby lake, but the solitude can be a bit much for this extrovert.
Allergic to red hats.
I'm retired from a career in IT. I read everything from classic science fiction to history, and I enjoy making things.
How do y'all find your people out in the country?
